
{"id":9307,"date":"2016-11-21T14:22:07","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T11:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chefbuzu.com\/blog\/?p=9307"},"modified":"2016-11-22T12:11:11","modified_gmt":"2016-11-22T09:11:11","slug":"pietele-bucurestene-de-odinioara-partea-a-3-a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.chefbuzu.com\/blog\/2016\/11\/21\/pietele-bucurestene-de-odinioara-partea-a-3-a\/","title":{"rendered":"Pietele bucurestene de odinioara \u2013 Partea a 3 a."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Intre 1834 si 1856, c\u00e2t a durat perioada a\u015fa numitului \u201eRegulament Organic\u201d, au luat na\u015ftere adevaratele pie\u0163e bucure\u015ftene, parte dintre ele exist\u00e2nd \u015fi ast\u0103zi.<br \/>\nPe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aceste pie\u0163e se vor dezvolta \u015fi \u201eoborurile\u201d, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 care se vor construi mai t\u00e2rziu c\u00e2teva hale, plus un abator.<br \/>\nIn plus vor fi organizate tot mai dese t\u00e2rguri ocazionale, dintre care unul va lua o amploare deosebit\u0103, motiv pentru care ii vom rezerva un spa\u0163iu aparte in articolul nostru.<br \/>\nIn acela\u015fi secol, in Bucure\u015fti au aparut fabricile de p\u00e2ine \u015fi de bere, depozitele alimentare en-gros \u015fi \u201emarile b\u0103c\u0103nii\u201d, ce vor deschide drumul magazinelor alimentare cochete din epoca interbelic\u0103.<br \/>\nIn dispozi\u0163iile edilitare din \u201eRegulamentul organic\u201d se prevedea infiin\u0163area a \u201e\u015fase pie\u0163e mari\u201d, in interiorul ora\u015fului, \u201epentru v\u00e2nzare de carne, zarzavaturi, poame, pe\u015fte, m\u0103laiu, \u015fi orice alt\u0103 felurime de product care prive\u015fte indestularea ob\u015ftii\u201d. Pe l\u00e2nga acestea, se hot\u0103ra infiin\u0163area altor patru pie\u0163e \u201ede c\u00e2te 12000 de st\u00e2njeni p\u0103tra\u0163i, la cap\u0103tul podurilor mari (adic\u0103 l\u00e2ng\u0103 barierele ora\u015fului, situate in cele patru puncte cardinale, in cap\u0103tul uli\u0163elor, ce imp\u0103r\u0163eau urbea, prin incruci\u015farea lor, in patru mari zone \u2013 n.red.), unde s\u0103 vie car\u0103le s\u0103tenilor, cu lemne, f\u00e2n, orz, c\u0103rbuni, varz\u0103, fructe, cartofi \u015fi animale vii\u201d.<br \/>\nAceste 10 pie\u0163e prev\u0103zute in \u201eRegulamentul Organic\u201d \u2013 6 in interiorul ora\u015fului si 4 la margine, nu s-au infiin\u0163at in acela\u015fi timp, deoarece unii dintre proprietarii terenurilor respective n-au c\u0103zut la invoial\u0103 cu prim\u0103ria in privin\u0163a pre\u0163urilor.<br \/>\nCea dint\u00e2i ia na\u015ftere \u201ePia\u0163a Maghistratului\u201d (dup\u0103 numele fostului proprietar al locului) sau \u201ePia\u0163a Mare\u201d, cunoscut\u0103 mai t\u00e2rziu sub apelativul de \u201ePiata Ghica\u201d (unde se vindeau carne, pe\u015fte, p\u0103s\u0103ri), asezat\u0103 in st\u00e2nga D\u00e2mbovi\u0163ei, plus \u201ePia\u0163a Bibescu\u201d unde se vindeau numai legume \u015fi fructe, asezat\u0103 pe malul cel\u0103lalt al g\u00e2rlei, in dreapta.<br \/>\nIn final, cele doua pie\u0163e se vor uni, schimbandu-\u015fi numele de c\u00e2teva ori, in func\u0163ie de schimbarea epocilor : \u201ePia\u0163a Central\u0103\u201d ; \u201ePia\u0163a Na\u0163iunilor Unite\u2019 ; \u201ePia\u0163a Unirii\u201d.<br \/>\nAst\u0103zi, aceasta pia\u0163\u0103 nu mai exist\u0103 dec\u00e2t din punct de vedere edilitar..<br \/>\nPe locul fostului \u201eT\u00e2rg al Cucului\u201d se infiin\u0163eaz\u0103 \u201ePia\u0163a Fiereasc\u0103\u201d, dup\u0103 numele bisericii \u201eSf. Vineri-Herasca\u201d, l\u00e2ng\u0103 care se afla. I se mai spunea \u015fi \u201ePia\u0163a Nou\u0103\u201d, deoarece in zon\u0163, spre Calea C\u0103l\u0103ra\u015filor de azi, exista de c\u00e2teva decenii \u201ePia\u0163a Fiereasc\u0103 Veche\u201d.<br \/>\nApoi a luat na\u015ftere \u201ePia\u0163a de pe locul Neculescului\u201d, l\u00e2ng\u0103 Podul Mogo\u015foaiei, care a func\u0163ionat doar zece ani, fiindc\u0103 in 1841 se infiin\u0163eaz\u0103 in locul ei \u201ePia\u0163a Amzei\u201d, dup\u0103 numele unui vestit m\u0103celar.<br \/>\nTot dup\u0103 numele unor vesti\u0163i m\u0103celari, cunoscu\u0163i in mahalalele lor, se vor infiin\u0163a, in a doua jum\u0103tate a secolului al XIX lea, \u201ePia\u0163a Matache Macelarul\u201d \u015fi \u201ePia\u0163a Traian\u201d.<br \/>\nFostul t\u00e2rg de l\u00e2ng\u0103 Curtea Veche, cel dint\u00e2i men\u0163ionat istoric, devine \u201ePia\u0163a Zarafilor\u201d. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 alimente \u015fi flori, aici se f\u0103cea nego\u0163 cu&#8230;.bani(!), de unde vine \u015fi numele pie\u0163ei. La acea dat\u0103 inc\u0103 nu exista moned\u0103 na\u0163ional\u0103 \u015fi circulau to\u0163i banii cunoscu\u0163i in Europa timpului, cum ar fi : lire sterline, \u201enapoleoni\u201d, \u201emahnudele\u201d, \u201emisirii\u201d, \u201efunduclii\u201d, \u201edrahme\u201d \u015fi multe alte feluri de monede. Spre sf\u00e2r\u015fitul secolului, aici s-au instalat cele mai faimoase flor\u0103rese din Bucure\u015fti, iar locul s-a numit \u201ePia\u0163a de flori\u201d. \u201eToamna, inf\u0103\u0163i\u015farea pie\u0163ei avea un aer imperial, datorit\u0103 crizantemelor de toate culorile.
