Amestecati uleiul de masline, zaharul si ouale intr-un bol si amestecati cu mixerul pana cand acestea capata o textura usoara si pufoasa (aproximativ doua minute). Adaugati ouzo, anasonul, vanilia si zeama de lamaie si amestecati. Incorporati faina si praful de copt gradual pana cand obtineti o coca. Intindeti coca intr-o foaie de aproximativ 1 cm si folositi o forma de 5 cm diametru pentru a taia biscuitii. Repetati acest proces pana cand obtineti aproximativ 30 de biscuiti. Intindeti albus de ou batut pe fiecare biscuit in parte, adaugati fulgi de migdale si coaceti timp de 15 minute.
