Se fierbe laptele, se raceste putin, se adauga doua treimi din cantitatea de zahar, ouale si vanilia, amestecand totul foarte bine. Se topeste restul de zahar intr-un vas rotund, cratita, se intinde apoi zaharul ars pe peretii interior ai vasului, prin miscarea acestuia, astfel incat compozitia de mai sus, cand va fi turnata in vas, sa stea intr-o camasa de zahar ars. Se adauga compozitia pregatita. Forma se pune intr-o alta cratita cu apa fiarta si astfel se introduce la cuptor, unde se tine 45 de minute. Se scoate, se lasa sa se raceasca vasul si se rastoarna apoi crema in farfurie sau platou. Se serveste cu siropul format si <a href=\"2010\/08\/29\/tuica-si-palinca-ardeleneasca\/\">rom<\/a>.
